About our founder

Pointential was founded by Arthur Miller, a pilot and seasoned traveller. His passion for travel led him to uncover the secrets of reward programmes, i.e. how to convert reward points into cost-efficient and comfortable flights.

Having reached a lot of his bucket-list destinations this way, Arthur decided to turn his know-how into a service.

His goal is to increase awareness of the true value of reward points to those who share his passion for travel and make it possible for them to fulfill their travel dreams.
